At Partee-Box, we bring the party to you with top-quality, and perfectly maintained equipment. You focus on the fun, we’ll take care of the details.

    Golf Simulator Rental – Terms and Cancellation Policy

    This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs all reservations made with Partee-Box. By confirming a Reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

    1. Deposit and Payment Terms

    1.1 A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the Reservation.
    1.2 The deposit shall be applied toward the total rental fee but shall not be refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client, except as provided under Section 5.
    1.3 The remaining balance of the rental fee shall be due upon arrival before session starts.
    1.4 Reservations shall not be honored unless full payment has been received in accordance with this Section.

    2. Client Cancellations

    2.1 Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time shall be eligible for a refund of all amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
    2.2 Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time shall be eligible for a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the amounts paid, less the deposit.
    2.3 Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time, or failure to appear for the Reservation (“No-Show”), shall not be eligible for any refund.

    3. Rescheduling

    3.1 A Client may reschedule a Reservation once, without penalty, provided such request is made at least 72 hours in advance.
    3.2 Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time shall be treated as a cancellation under Section 2.3.

    4. Late Arrivals

    4.1 Reservation time shall commence at the scheduled start time, regardless of Client’s arrival.
    4.2 Late arrivals shall not extend the Reservation period and shall not entitle the Client to a refund, credit, or rate adjustment.

    5. Cancellations by Company

    5.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Reservation due to equipment malfunction, facility closure, hazardous conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
    5.2 In such event, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit, or may elect to apply the payment as a credit toward a future Reservation.

    6. Damage and Conduct

    6.1 The Client shall be responsible for any damage to the simulator, equipment, or facility caused by the Client, Client’s guests, or invitees during the Reservation period.
    6.2 The Company reserves the right to charge the Client for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of damaged property.
    6.3 The Client and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the Reservation without refund.
    6.4 The Client agrees to comply with all posted facility rules, instructions provided by Company staff, and applicable laws and regulations.

     Release of Liability: Partee-Box its owners, and staff are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during use of the simulator or while on premises. 

    7. Acknowledgment

    By confirming a Reservation, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
